The Weekend Shuffle operates this website and online store, including the products, content, account features and customer support services available through it (together, the “Services”). Our ecommerce infrastructure is provided through Zoho Commerce.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, when we share it and the choices available to you. Please read it together with our Terms and Conditions. If there is a conflict between the Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy about the collection, use or disclosure of personal data, this Privacy Policy will apply to that issue.
Personal data we collect
The information we collect depends on how you use the Services. It may include:
- Identity and contact information: your name, email address and phone number.
- Order and delivery information: billing address, shipping address, products ordered, quantities, order value, delivery status and order history.
- Account information: account identifiers, preferences, wishlist activity and account settings. Passwords and authentication information are handled through the store platform and are not available to us in readable form.
- Payment and transaction information: payment method, transaction identifier, payment status, refunds and limited or masked payment details supplied by our payment provider.
- Customer-support information: information contained in emails, messages, calls or other communications you send to us.
- Device and usage information: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address and interactions with the website.
- Marketing information: interactions with advertisements or promotional communications, where applicable.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. When you complete a payment, Razorpay may collect payment and transaction information directly from you in accordance with its own privacy practices. The Weekend Shuffle does not receive or store your complete card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking password or similar payment credentials. We may receive information such as the transaction identifier, payment method, payment status and masked payment details required to confirm, reconcile or refund an order.
How we collect personal data
We may collect personal data:
- directly from you when you browse, create an account, place an order or contact us;
- automatically through the website, cookies, pixels and similar technologies;
- from Zoho Commerce, Razorpay, logistics partners and other service providers involved in operating the store or completing your order; and
- from advertising or referral partners when you interact with our advertisements or arrive through a tracked campaign.
Why we use personal data
We use personal data only for purposes connected with operating the store, providing products you request, complying with applicable law and other lawful uses. These purposes include:
- processing and confirming orders;
- taking payment and issuing eligible refunds;
- packing, shipping, delivering and tracking orders;
- creating and maintaining customer accounts, wishlists and preferences;
- sending service communications about orders, delivery, support or account security;
- responding to questions, complaints and support requests;
- preventing fraud, misuse, security incidents and unlawful activity;
- understanding store performance and improving the website and customer experience;
- measuring advertising effectiveness and showing relevant advertisements, where enabled and permitted; and
- meeting accounting, tax, regulatory, dispute-resolution and other legal obligations.
We currently use email, phone or other contact details primarily for essential communications about orders, payments, delivery, accounts, security and customer support. If we introduce optional promotional communications later, we will request any consent required by applicable law and provide an appropriate way to opt out.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
The website and its service providers may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies required for store functionality, security, customer sessions, cart features, analytics and advertising measurement.
We currently use Meta advertising tools, including the Meta Pixel, to understand whether advertising leads to visits or actions on the website and to create or measure advertising audiences. When these tools are enabled, technical identifiers and information about page views or store interactions may be sent to Meta in accordance with Meta’s own privacy practices.
You may be able to control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some essential technologies may affect cart, account or checkout functionality.
When we share personal data
We share personal data only when reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Recipients may include:
- Zoho Commerce, which provides the ecommerce platform and related store infrastructure;
- Razorpay, which processes payments and related transaction activity;
- logistics providers, which may include Shiprocket, Delhivery and their courier partners depending on serviceability and availability;
- communications, security, analytics and advertising providers, including Meta where its advertising tools are enabled;
- professional advisers, auditors or authorities where reasonably required to comply with law, enforce our policies, protect our rights or respond to valid legal process; and
- a successor or relevant party in connection with a genuine restructuring, merger, acquisition or transfer of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Delivery partners receive information such as your name, phone number, shipping address and order or delivery details only to the extent needed to fulfil and track the shipment. We do not sell personal data.
Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil orders, maintain accounts, provide support, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and meet legal, tax, accounting or regulatory requirements. When information is no longer required, we will delete or anonymise it where reasonably practicable and permitted by law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, together with the safeguards provided by our service providers, to protect personal data. However, no website, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please do not send passwords, complete payment credentials or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email or messaging channels.
Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- request information about the personal data we process and the way it is used;
- request correction, completion or updating of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- request erasure of personal data that is no longer required, subject to legal retention requirements;

- raise a grievance about our handling of your personal data; and
- nominate another person to exercise applicable rights on your behalf in the circumstances permitted by law.

If a grievance is not resolved, you may have the right to approach the Data Protection Board of India or another appropriate authority where the applicable legal framework permits.
Children’s privacy
The Weekend Shuffle is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a person under 18 has provided personal data to us, please contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
Processing and storage locations
Some service providers may process or store information in India or other countries where they operate. Where personal data is transferred or processed outside India, we rely on our service providers to handle it in accordance with applicable contractual and legal requirements.
Third-party websites
The website may link to services or websites that we do not own or control. Their handling of personal data is governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy, security or content of independent third-party websites.
Legal disclosure
