These Terms of Service govern your use of theweekendshuffle.com and purchases from The Weekend Shuffle. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Who may use the store
Our store and games are intended for adults aged 18 or over. If you place an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a contract and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Products and game information
We aim to describe each game clearly and accurately. Product colours and packaging may appear slightly different across screens or production batches. Rules, components and specifications shown on the relevant product page form part of the product description.
4. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfilment. We may cancel or refuse an order before dispatch if a product is unavailable, pricing or product information is materially incorrect, payment is not authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees. Any applicable taxes, shipping charges or discounts will be shown before you confirm the order. Payments are processed through Razorpay or another payment option displayed at checkout. We do not store your full card details.
6. Shipping and delivery
Available delivery locations, charges and estimated timelines are shown at checkout or in our Shipping Policy. We may use Shiprocket, Delhivery or another delivery partner. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but we will help investigate a delayed or lost shipment when you contact us.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible. After dispatch, our Returns, Replacements and Refunds Policy applies. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
8. Your responsibilities
You must provide complete delivery and contact details, check order information before payment, and use the website lawfully. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious code, or use our content or services for unlawful activity.
9. Intellectual property
The Weekend Shuffle name, game names, artwork, packaging, website content and other original materials are owned by or licensed to The Weekend Shuffle. You may use the website for personal shopping, but may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
10. Third-party services
Payments, delivery, hosting and other parts of the store may be provided by third parties. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply where you interact with those services.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Our responsibility for a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for that product or order, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our store, services or legal obligations change. The version published when you place an order will apply to that order unless a change is required by law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ambala, Haryana will have jurisdiction, subject always to mandatory rights and forums available to consumers under applicable law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue promptly.
